The Warriors are a team that prides itself on the defensive end of the floor. During the 2016-17 regular season, Golden State allowed its opponents to shoot a league-low 43.5 percent from the field and just a measly 32.4 percent from behind the arc.

The Cavs, on the other hand, struggled noticeably at times throughout the regular season on defense and gave up 107.2 points per game to their opponents, which is ranked 20th in the NBA.

Irving and James are two of the best in the world at attacking the basket, so they’re going to need to excel even more at doing that in this series and be able to draw contact for free-throw opportunities.
