2. James Becomes Youngest to Score 50+ with 56 Points

On March 20, 2005, n the midst of closing out his second NBA season, James became the youngest player ever to score 50+ points in a game, but the effort went for naught as Cleveland lost on the road to the Toronto Raptors, 105-98. Playing all 48 minutes, James passed Rick Barry for youngest ever to hit that milestone and also established a new team mark, breaking the old record of 50 set by Walt Wesley during the franchise’s miserable first season.
