3. LeBron Hits Game Winner, Drops 45

On May 3, 2006, in James’ first playoff series, a dramatic final minute of Game 5 against the Washington Wizards had the Cavaliers holding a three-point lead with 57.9 seconds left. With 30.5 seconds remaining, Cleveland trailed by one, 118-117. James made two free throws five seconds later, but Gilbert Arenas connected on his own pair of charity tosses. James then won the game on a driving layup with 0.9 seconds left to give him 45 on the night. Two nights later, the Cavs advanced to the next round.
