Having reached the NBA Finals on six occasions, James has had to do more than simply score and rebound. That versatility has been prominently displayed in his ability to dish off to teammates for the score as he currently has a 6.9 average in that category. The lone time he hasn’t averaged at least six assists in a season was as a rookie — when he finished with 5.9.

While Jordan’s assists-per-game declined slightly over the latter part of his career, he ended averaging 6.2 over the course of his career. Of course, few Bulls fans will complain about that drop considering it coincided with the franchise winning six titles in the span of eight seasons.
