James has played in 12 All-Star games as a member of the East squad and has won Most Valuable Player accolades twice, in 2006 and 2008. The only time he wasn’t selected was during his rookie campaign in 2003-04, but he now sits atop the list as the all-time leading scorer in the game.

Jordan played for the Eastern All-Stars 14 times and won the MVP in the game three times: 1988, 1996 and 1998. The only time he wasn’t named was in 1986, though it wasn’t related to his numbers; he was recovering from a broken foot.
