That type of consistency is something that can work in the Cavaliers’ favor, since they’re 23-5 this season in games where both they and their opponents have had a day of rest. At home, they’ve been virtually unbeatable in that scenario, winning all but one of 14 games, while their road record is a solid 10-3.

The clearest reason for that type of success likely boils down to being able to establish a rhythm that doesn’t result in coming into a game exhausted. The grind is more even keel and doesn’t give their opponent any real edge.
