During the Tristan Thompson contract stalemate, Morris was seen by some as a potential fallback option. However, on and off-the-court troubles this season have resulted in many teams shying away from acquiring him.

Given the attention to detail that David Griffin has given to forming the right chemistry in constructing this roster, it seems more than unlikely that someone who could potentially blow that up by complaining about playing time, etc. is on his target list. While his potential production would ordinarily put him at the top of this list, his volatile personality drops him into the middle portion of this list.
