At 35, Prince would fit in with the Cavs’ other veterans and has some finals experience, having been a part of the 2003-04 Detroit Pistons title team. Cleveland had reportedly inquired about acquiring him last offseason.

Prince’s salary for this season is just under $1.5 million, so it certainly would be an economic addition. However, this year, he’s putting up weak numbers in the nearly 21 minutes he averages on the court, so the Cavaliers may decide to look elsewhere.
