10 Free Agents the Cleveland Cavaliers Could Target with the Mid-Level Exception

James might not be the only Cavalier attempting to exercise the demons of past playoff struggles in Cleveland next season. Williams, now 32, has already expressed a strong interest in making a return to the Cavs, where he was a former All-Star and put up a career-best 17.8 PPG during the 2008-09 season. While that is a distant memory to some, Williams still has the ability to get buckets with the best of them, as evidenced by a 52-point outburst with the Timberwolves last season before getting traded to the Hornets, and then averaging 17.2 PPG after arriving in Charlotte. Williams would provide the offensive punch that the second unit lacked at point guard last season, and would be able to perform more freely than in his previous stint with the Cavs.
