Connecting from long-range is an area in which James has made a considerable improvement this season. He’s racked up plenty of 3-pointers during his postseason career and passed Bryant again in this category, moving into fourth place during his Game 3 performance that included six long-range bombs.
He enters the second round of the playoffs with 296 triples during his postseason career, 13 behind the still-active Ginobili at 309. Reggie Miller is next at 320, with the all-time leader being another of James’ former teammates. That would be Ray Allen, who collected 385 during his career.
