Yes, this play came against the lowly New York Knicks, who sported a pathetic 3-16 record at that point in the season, but Kyrie Irving‘s clutch layup with 10 seconds left was enough for a Cavs’ 90-87 victory on December 4th at Madison Square Garden. Irving finished the night with 37 points, as the win improved the Cavs’ record to 10-7 and avenged their home-opening loss to New York earlier in the season.
