9. Gerald Green

Gerald Green - Phoenix Suns

While Green could remain in Phoenix, his relationship with Head Coach Jeff Hornacek has been frayed due to the latter’s severe criticism of Green’s defense a few months back. His playing time had also dropped in the last few months of the regular season.

An option at both shooting guard and small forward, Green made $3.5 million the last three years, so even a slight boost to that amount won’t dent the already-monstrous payroll the Cavaliers will have next season. He’s capable of putting up effective numbers, scoring in double digits in 45 games just this past season.
