Williams could potentially fill the hole at backup small forward for the Cavs. The 6’9,” 10-year vet has been a steady presence throughout his career. He is a solid defender, and would provide a more reliable body than Shawn Marion and Mike Miller through the regular season.

Williams is also a solid shooter, connecting on 36% from three and 50% from the field. He is effective in the post, both as a scorer and as a passer. While not a threat to take over a game with his scoring, Williams could be the type of crucial role player found on a championship team.
