2. Paul Pierce
Maybe more of a rival than a hater, but Pierce and James go way back as far as being enemies. With James’ Cavaliers taking on the Celtics during their Big 3 era, and James’ Heat taking on the Celtics during his own Big 3 era, James has probably had the most playoff clashes with Pierce. James has been notoriously known to torch the Celtics in the TD Garden, and if one man consistently does that to your team, how can he not be hated?
