DeMarcus “Boogie” Cousins has been involved in trade rumors basically since he’s been in the NBA. As a member of the Sacramento Kings, Cousins has been on arguably the most dysfunctional team and organization in the league.
Recently, the Kings have come out strongly in public and stated that there is no way that Cousins is on the trading block. But should the season start poorly for the Kings, they may look to retool and find a suitor for Cousins.
That’s where the Cavs come in. Should things start roughly for both teams, the Cavs may look to send Kevin Love to another team as has long been rumored, and a Love-Cousins swap may be just the solution.
Plus, every Cavs fans will enjoy shouting “Boogie!” at every home game.
