10. PG: Isaiah Thomas, Boston Celtics

There is something about this little man that makes him easy to overlook. Maybe it is because he shares a name with arguably the greatest “little man” in NBA history, but the younger Thomas should certainly not be ignored come draft day.

Everywhere Thomas has played, he has shown the ability to knock down shots. The diminutive guard posted a career-high 20.3 points-per-game in the 2013-14 season, but had issues finding a permanent role in his brief stint in Phoenix. That changed after a midseason trade to Boston. Thomas improved his 2014-15 scoring output from 15 points per game for the Suns to 19 points per game with the Celtics. Basketball-reference.com sees that improvement increasing even more in Thomas’ second season as the primary scoring threat in Boston.

While Thomas might not be the well-rounded fantasy threat everyone loves, 20 point scorers are hard to come by after the first couple rounds. If you can outside of the top 40, jump all over him.
