Projecting the Top 10 Small Forwards for the 2015-16 NBA Season

4. Carmelo Anthony

Yes, he has endured an injury-plagued five seasons with the New York Knicks and is at times a headache with the team, Carmelo Anthony is still undoubtedly an elite player heading into the 2015-16 NBA season.

Anthony, an eight-time NBA All-Star during his tenure with the Knicks and Denver Nuggets, only managed to play 40 games last year but still averaged 24.2 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 3.1 assists in 35.7 minutes per game.

The 2012-13 NBA scoring champion (a ridiculous 28.7 points per game), who needs to stay healthy this upcoming season if the Knicks wish to rise out of the basement of the Eastern Conference standings, will look to bounce back and improve his leadership skills in Head Coach Derek Fisher’s system.

Next: Kawhi Leonard
