Yes, LeBron can technically become a free agent this offseason. He holds a player option worth $21.5 million for the 2015-16 season.

While the media outlets will ponder and question if James will return to Cleveland for the sake of stirring up drama, “The King” returned to Cleveland with the motive being to bring the city its first NBA championship.

He came two games short of making that happen. You really think he’s gonna leave when he came so close to doing so with a banged-up supporting cast?

Not gonna happen. James will be back leading the Cavaliers for the 2015-16 season as they return most of the same nucleus from the 2014-15 campaign.
