He was an effective role player for four seasons with the San Antonio Spurs, but signing with the Mavericks as a free agent and then being dealt to the Washington Wizards has sent his career into a tailspin. While the Cavaliers already have a big man who barely plays in Sasha Kaun, Blair might be an inexpensive option if other considerations fall through.
