James is the best player in this world, and is coming off of arguably the greatest NBA Finals performance in history. The 12-year veteran averaged 35.8 points, 13.3 rebounds and 8.8 assists during the six-game series.
Despite his historic performance, the Cavaliers fell short of their ultimate goal of winning an NBA championship. James commented on how the loss still bothers him in an interview on Bleacher Report Radio:
“I just don’t feel like you ever move on from losing in the Finals, because you feel like you’re right there and feel like you have the opportunity to do something special. … I can never get away from losing in the Finals.”
A motivated James is something you don’t want to deal with if you’re an opposing NBA team.
