With all the talent on the Cavaliers roster, there can sometimes be problems trying to fit all the collective egos into one locker room. That can be seen as a detriment to reaching a singular goal like an NBA title, and in some cases, can result in a team imploding because of all the competing forces.
With Lue having been teammates with players such as Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal, and having coached players like Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce, he knows how to deal with this type of situation. This may help in avoiding the often-frustrating issue of the Cavaliers playing down to some of the league’s lesser teams.
