Five Teams the Cleveland Cavaliers Don’t Want to Face in the Playoffs

3. Indiana Pacers

The Cavaliers have also had their problems in road games against the Pacers, finally winning this year after a lengthy losing streak. However, that victory extended into overtime, an indication that any win there will be a difficult task. Even though they currently have an overall four-game winning streak in the series, the average margin of victory in those clashes is only four points.

Part of the reason for the problems with the Pacers is that Indiana matches up well with them, which was the case even last year when Paul George missed most of the season.

If the faster paced Lue offense consistently develops by the time any series takes place, the Cavaliers are certainly capable of winning by more comfortable margins. Right now, though, that’s still a work in progress and something that they need to polish over the next month.

Next: San Antonio Spurs
