6. C: Alex Len, Phoenix Suns

Len could prove to be a hidden gem for anyone looking to store someone away at the bottom of their roster. The third-year player hailing from the Ukraine will start the season behind veteran Tyson Chandler, but should still get plenty of minutes to contribute.

After averaging only eight minutes per game in his rookie season, Len increased his participation to 22 minutes in the 2014-15 season. Not surprisingly, he nearly tripled his production across all major statistical categories. The Suns’ uptempo style of play will also provide plenty of opportunities for shot attempts and rebounds for the big man.

Len should be the type of player acquired at the end of any draft. Should Chandler succumb to an injury, Len’s stock will rise dramatically. His potential for impact has already been shown throughout the preseason.

Next: Nikola Mirotic
