In a lockout-shortened season that jammed 66 games into four months, the Heat went 11-7 in their 18 games during that hectic final month to finish 46-20. In the playoffs, things got progressively tougher during the first three series, but LeBron won his first NBA title with a 4-1 pasting of the Oklahoma City Thunder. The shortened schedule only saw Miami play 27 games after a 30-9 start, with a ho-hum 16-11 record to show for it.
