7. More Depth on the Bench

It’s no secret that the Cavs have seen a lack of productivity from their bench in 2014. Dion Waiters has shown spots of brilliance off the bench in some games, but he has had an issue of consistency. Tristan Thompson has recently been thrust into a starting role due to injuries and has done a good job, which leaves the bench as an even more glaring weakness.
