The Cavaliers got close twice, the last time getting within four with 3:28 to play, but were unable to stop tiny Spud Webb, who hit 12 of 14 from the field and dished out 12 assists. A pair of Williams’, Hot Rod and Reggie, paced the Cavs with 17 points apiece as the team dropped its third straight game.
