The Cleveland Cavaliers have been silent ever since the NBA free-agency period began, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t excitement to be had.
Cavs big man Larry Nance Jr. took to Twitter on Monday to hint at some unknown surprise incoming for fans. Based on a previous tweet, it looks like he’s going to have fans participate in a city-wide scavenger hunt for game-worn shoes and uniforms.
The offseason is a hard time to be a fan of a team that is both rebuilding and has a budget that is pushed up against the cap limit, but that’s where the Cavs currently find themselves.
While the upcoming season may be another one filled with growing pains, a very strong 2019 NBA Draft has helped fans see light at the end of the tunnel.
Hopefully, the lack of excitement this offseason for Cavs fans is strongly juxtaposed with quite a bit of excitement once the 2019-20 season rolls around.
