Dwyane Wade Reacts to LeBron’s Dominant Game 2 Performance

Delivering another dominating performance in clutch circumstances on Thursday night, Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James managed to drop 43 points, 14 assists and eight rebounds in delivering a resounding 128-110 victory over the Toronto Raptors in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference semifinals. While teammates, coaches and the Cavaliers’ fan base will no doubt rave about the effort, the brief social media opinion of James’ close friend, Dwyane Wade, is likely to get plenty of attention from the superstar.

Wade and James have been close for more than a decade and first became teammates with the Miami Heat from 2010-14. During those four years, the Heat reached the NBA Finals every year and won two league titles. Earlier this season, the two players were reunited when Wade signed with the Cavs, a connection that ended when Wade was dealt back to Miami in February.

The Cavaliers now hold a 2-0 advantage in the best-of-seven series and play their next two games at home in Quicken Loans Arena. That potentially means that they could clinch the series and advance to the conference finals without having to head back to Canada, with their first opportunity taking place on Saturday night beginning just after 8:30 p.m.
