Regular-season numbers are not always an accurate gauge of what will occur when the intensity is ratcheted up several notches. One set of numbers in which you can put stock in is what the four-time MVP did from March 21 on — averaging 28 points, eight rebounds and eight assists while shooting 63 percent overall and 52 percent from three-point range. Marcus Morris isn’t lacking in size or quickness, but having to guard James every other or every third night will take a toll on any defender.
